Phase 1 will include about 300,000 square feet, scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2021; final buildout of the campus is projected between 800,000 and 1 million square feet.
Vermeer Southeast
Two buildings proposed, the first with 8,000 square feet of office/retail and 11,723 square feet for equipment storage warehouse; the second, a 45,416 square foot combined showroom/warehouse, at 416 Ocoee Apopka Road, in Orlando, Florida.
Top Gun All Stars Orlando
Stephens Barrios Engineering recently completed a collaborative effort with Keator Construction to design and build the 36,000 square foot Top Gun All Stars Orlando recreational facility. Completed in 2019, the state-of-the-art cheerleading and gymnastics facility services the entire Orlando area supporting the growing sports of cheerleading and gymnastics.
Residential Subdivisions
SBE is currently underway with the complete design of a 700+ lot residential subdivision in Polk County, Florida for a nationally recognized master site developer. The new community is a collaborative effort between multiple jurisdictions and the result of a coordinated assemblage of multiple large land parcels. Once complete, this neighborhood will be one of the most desirable new home communities in the region.
